Before purchasing the plan, you should obtain an urban planning certificate for the plot where the house will be built. The urban planning certificate will indicate the type of house you can build on the plot. In some cases, it regulates the maximum height of the house, the type of roof or the exterior finishes used in the construction.
Once you have purchased the plan of your choice, you will need to obtain the permits, studies and documents included in the above-mentioned certificate. The designer who prepared the plan can help you with this, if required.
While the permits are being obtained, the design team will prepare the final structural and installation plans (water + sewerage, heating and electricity).
